We prioritize the security of your funds and data at every step. When connecting to your exchange account, we utilize API keys which are designed to only have the capability to execute trades and read account balances; they do not possess the permissions to transfer or withdraw capital. This restrictive access ensures that your funds remain secure in your exchange account. Additionally, as a signal service, we do not require you to undergo KYC (Know Your Customer) or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures, which means we do not store any of your personal information on our systems. This further safeguards your privacy and data while using our service.

Connecting your exchange account to our service is a straightforward process. Here’s how you do it:

1. Generate API Credentials:

   • Log in to your exchange account on KuCoin, Binance, Bitmex, Bittrex, Huobi Global, Bybit, or the soon-to-be-supported Bitget.
   • Navigate to the API settings section and create a new API key and secret.

2. Provide Your API Credentials to Us:

   • Once you have generated your API key and secret, securely submit them to us through the designated method on our platform.

3. Initiate Connection:

   • After receiving your API credentials, we will establish a secure connection between our trading system and your exchange account, allowing us to execute trades on your behalf.

4. Review and Trade:

   • Once connected, review the settings and trading preferences on our platform to ensure they align with your trading goals. You can now start utilizing our automated trading service.

Please ensure that the API key permissions are set to allow trading and reading account balances, while disabling the permissions for fund transfers and withdrawals, to maintain the security of your funds.

We operate with a transparent and success-aligned fee structure, ensuring we only benefit when you do. Here are the details:

1. Setup Fees:

   • We have a one off $200 fee to cover the API port and other than that; no standing fees to use our trading service.

2. Performance-based Commission:

   • Our fee is based on a commission from the profits generated through our service.
   • When the High Water Mark (HWM) is $100,000 or more, a commission of 20% is applied to the profits.
   • For an HWM below $100,000, a higher commission of 35% is applied to the profits.
   • Minimum subscription is $10000.

This fee structure ensures that our incentives are aligned with yours – we aim to increase your profits, as our commission is directly tied to your success.

How Can I Open a Crypto Account?
